Wholesale Patio Kits ships all purchased patio kits and there components by use of common carrier companies. It is the carrier company’s responsibility to deliver your items free of damage and in sound condition.

Damaged Parts

In the event you receive a damaged part (DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY) the damaged part or parts will be replaced free of charge, in a timely fashion.

What to do if you receive damaged goods

  1. Accept the delivery, however note on the carriers shipping form that you have received damaged merchandise.
  2. Determine which part or parts are damaged.
  3. Contact us within 5 business days and attach photos of the damaged part.
  4. Wholesale Patio kits will send you a damage form to fill out and sign. (This helps us in filing a claim with the carrier company)
  5. Your damaged parts will be expedited for replacement immediately.

Please Note: Once the shipment is received and signed for and no damaged has been reported to Wholesale Patio Kits within the first 5 business days, we will no longer accept responsible for future handling damage of kit materials nor the carrier company.

Return Policy                   

All patio kits are custom manufactured to each customer’s specification and are NON RETURNABLE. All sales are final at the time of purchase unless special provisions have been made in advance with Whole Sale Patio Kits. 

Shipment Refusal

Whole Sale Patio Kits is not responsible for any shipment that has been refused at the time of delivery. We do not accept return shipments back to the manufacturer. Refusal of shipment will result in a total loss to the customer and or a redelivery fee and storage fee may be accessed prior to reshipment of products. ACCEPT ALL SHIPMENTS.
